MEBA WELCOMES FIRST EVER U.S. COUNTRY PAVILION
The Middle East Business Aviation Event takes place 11 to 13 December 2012 at Dubai’s Al Maktoum International Airport – Dubai World Central and for the first time MEBA will feature a dedicated U.S Pavilion organised by Kallman Worldwide.
Over the past few years the US business aviation market has proven its resiliency and the strong have survived. One of the key reasons for this survival has been the focus on those regions of the world where the market is most active - the Middle East amongst them. With budgets down and marketing dollars being scrutinised, it is beneficial for companies to invest in a show that is tailor-made and focused on their particular subset of the aviation business.
Exhibiting in the U.S pavilion is a wise move for companies hoping to be recognised amongst the crowd. The benefits of working through a US Pavilion and with an experienced organisation such as Kallman Worldwide, include preshow support, access to the latest market reports, introductions to key delegates and VIPs in the region and an upgraded exhibiting environment.
Gerric Cozic, Director of Aerospace and Defense at Kallman Worldwide, said: “The typical visitor to an event like MEBA is mainly interested in quality as evidenced from the type of aircraft and plush interiors they are ordering. And when talking about quality, America maintains the finest reputation in the world for quality aircraft avionics, interiors etc. MEBA is the perfect showcase to highlight these innovative products to a targeted audience.”
Michele Van Akelijen, Aerospace Director at F&E Aerospace, said: “The US pavilion is a new feature as we enter into MEBA’s fifth edition - with the US presence it will not only showcase American business aviation and values at its best – but shows how far MEBA has come in just 5 shows. We expect this year to be the start of more countries supporting MEBA with national groups.”
